Join our remote Orkin Customer Contact Center. This seasonal inbound sales agent role requires flexibility and a strong sales drive to provide world‑class customer service and phone sales from home.

• Answer questions from prospective customers regarding Orkin services.
• Build rapport and handle objections within a conversational call flow.
• Close pest‑control sales via telephone and schedule the initial service.
• Work remotely from your home office. Must have a minimum of 50 mbps upload/20 mbps download or higher, high‑speed internet connection; equipment will be provided.
• Support our field’s peak season starting around February.
• Manage customer relationships to ensure best‑in‑class service and identify cross‑selling and up‑selling opportunities.
• Use gamification methods to measure performance.

• High‑performing lead generation strategy.
• Four‑week quality training program; must attend training Mon‑Fri 9 am‑6 pm EST.
• Gamification methods to increase engagement virtually.
• Variety of schedules (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Competitive pay: hourly plus commission; average earnings $50–65 k, top performers $100 k+.
