Spieldenner Financial Group is looking for our next business partner to help us revolutionize the Mortgage Protection Industry. Our philosophy is to better our lives through bettering the lives of others through protection of families, personal and professional growth, and leadership training.
Day‑to‑Day Duties- Setting appointments – 6–8 hours per week, reaching out to potential clients who have previously requested coverage to schedule meetings to discuss mortgage protection coverage.
- Research – 4–5 hours per week, digging into the information the client has provided to customize options that meet their financial needs in the case of death or disability.
- Meeting with families – 2 days per week, meeting with clients virtually or in‑person to present options, discuss coverage details, and assist in application.
- Administrative tasks – 2 hours per week, following up with insurance carriers to facilitate client applications through underwriting.
We serve people by sitting weekly with clients (in‑person or virtually) to dive deep into their financial situation. We protect clients by partnering with top‑rated insurance companies to tailor a plan that safeguards their largest asset: the ability to earn an income. We grow by being a personal development company that sells insurance, aiming to make a generational impact on clients, agents, and the community.
RequirementsSkill set isn’t everything. Entry‑level is accepted. We are looking for coachable, challenge‑seeking, self‑disciplined individuals with a growth mindset. Passion for people is a MUST.
CompensationThis is a commission‑only sales position. The average commission on a mortgage protection product is approximately $600 per family protected. We expect a full‑time agent to sell 5–10 mortgage protection plans per week. In addition to mortgage protection, we also offer premium financial products (e.g., 401(k) s, IRAs) to help clients save for retirement or protect retirement accounts. We provide extensive training and an uncapped commission structure, along with a competitive bonus program and incentive trips for qualifying agents/managers.
