What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Develop and execute sales strategies while leading a team of Regional Sales Managers and Inside Sales personnel
  • Conduct market research to identify sales growth opportunities and competitive positioning
  • Build and maintain high-level relationships with key accounts across the U.S. and Canada
  • Drive revenue through collaboration with local representatives, contractors, and end users
  • Educate and mentor sales teams on value-based selling of surge protection products
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or applicable experience in technical electrical sales
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in technical electrical sales, preferably in surge protection or switch gear
  • Proven experience leading sales teams and negotiating contracts with key accounts
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales analytics tools
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time throughout the U.S. and Canada, including overnight trips
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in sales to contractors, panel shops, and OEMs
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective customer negotiation and relationship building
  • Familiarity with engineering workshops and on-site surveys for opportunity development
