• Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting federal agencies, departments, and programs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within assigned federal accounts
• Prospect new business opportunities and manage complex sales situations and large projects
• Collaborate with technical teams to create tailored solutions that meet specific government requirements
• Stay informed about federal budget cycles, funding sources, procurement regulations, and market trends

• 8+ years of experience selling to federal government agencies
• Demonstrated understanding of federal procurement processes (FAR, DFAR)
• Experience with federal contract vehicles (GSA, SEWP, CIO‑SP3, etc.)
• Strong network of contacts within federal agencies
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Ability to obtain security clearance if required
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales management tools
• Resides in or near the DC area
