What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Lead a team of Account Executives focused on acquiring new customers and driving first‑order revenue
  • Develop and implement a scalable sales strategy for new business across AMER
  • Generate consistent pipeline and manage deal progression for target accounts
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales operations to refine sales motions and processes
  • Hire, onboard, and coach a high‑performing sales team to achieve business goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Experience leading sales teams in open source, Dev Ops, or SaaS environments focused on new customer acquisition
  • Proven track record in building and developing Account Executives to close first‑order deals
  • Ability to design and execute sales strategies for diverse account bases across AMER
  • Proficiency with sales enablement tools such as Salesforce, Clari, Gong, and Outreach
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with executive‑level stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in complex B2B environments with a focus on new business
  • Understanding of regional market dynamics and cultural nuances across AMER
  • Background in applying strategic planning alongside hands‑on support for sales opportunities
