- Ability to operate independently and creatively in a change-resistant industry
- Experience with alternative asset managers in private credit, real estate, or corporate credit
- Track record of consistent quota attainment and pipeline generation
- Skills in translating product capabilities into measurable customer outcomes
- Demonstrated resilience and drive in building new initiatives
