What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Own full-cycle enterprise sales including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals
  • Build territory and account strategies for private asset managers and hedge funds
  • Engage senior stakeholders with storytelling, tailored demos, and ROI-driven narratives
  • Create and manage structured opportunity plans and maintain CRM hygiene

What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 4+ years of successful B2B software/SaaS sales experience in legal tech or related fields
  • Proven ability to build long-term professional relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills to align internal teams and external buying committees
  • Familiarity with modern sales methodologies such as MEDDICC or Solutions Selling
  • Ability to operate independently and creatively in a change-resistant industry

  • Experience with alternative asset managers in private credit, real estate, or corporate credit
  • Track record of consistent quota attainment and pipeline generation
