Position: Senior Sales Executive, Core Growth - MLF (Florida/Atlanta)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Drive results by developing and executing territory growth strategies and engaging with customers primarily through virtual channels
  • Prospect new customers, validate their needs, and successfully close deals
  • Manage relationships focusing on new customer acquisition and upsell/cross‑sell opportunities
  • Utilize Salesforce to track progress on opportunities and move complex sales to closure
  • Gather intelligence on customer needs and market trends within the legal profession
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience in a consultative selling environment to C‑level executives
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge of sales concepts, methods, and techniques
  • Excellent communication and closing skills, along with effective time management abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office and database management; working knowledge of legal products preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience selling into large law accounts and familiarity with West products
  • Strong background in the legal profession and/or legal publishing industry
  • High level of competency in internet, periodical, and internal prospecting
