• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize sales opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to support their needs and drive revenue growth
• Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision‑makers within customer organizations
• Effectively manage territory activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and sales forecasting
• Stay informed about industry trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for product development

• Minimum of two (2) years of proven successful sales experience in telephone sales, personal selling, and customer service
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and closing strategies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and telephone skills
• Proficiency with MS Office software and CRM technology

• Experience in educational sales or related industry
• Proven track record of success in achieving revenue growth and customer relationship management
• Familiarity with telecommuting software such as Zoom, Web Ex, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across functions within the organization
