Position Requirements
  • Minimum two years of documented B2C high‑ticket sales experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency with CRM platforms (Hub Spot, Salesforce)
  • Proven track record closing programs valued at $3,000 or above
  • Professional communication capabilities for phone and video conferencing
  • Employment stability (maximum three positions within previous five years)
Schedule Parameters

This position operates on a three‑week rotating schedule encompassing evenings and weekends, with calendar availability averaging 50 hours weekly. Actual working hours remain within standard 40‑hour parameters.

Compensation Structure

Base salary of $36,000 with commission rates of 9.40% (PIM) and 5.29% (NPIM). Current directors average $98,000‑$106,000 annually, with top performers exceeding $129,000.

Your Schedule (MST)
  • Mon–Thu: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • Fri: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Sat–Sun: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM (directors rotate weekends, working two out of every three weekends to ensure balanced coverage. If you work Sat and Sun you will have Mon and Tue off.)
  • You’ll work a 5‑day schedule, never more than five days in a row, with two consecutive days off each week.
  • You’ll keep your calendar open nights and weekends about 10 hours per day (around 50 hours per week) to allow for both pre‑scheduled appointments and live‑transfer calls.

You’ll typically have 25–35 hours of booked talk time per week. Each pre‑scheduled set is 2‑hour appointment blocks. This turns into 11–12 hours of talk time for pre set. This does not include live transfers.

When not on a call, your time is flexible — you just need to stay reachable within 5 minutes during your shift for any incoming live transfer. You have to be ready for a video call to be on a live call in front of computer within 5 mins during set hours.
