Dear Experienced Sales Professional, I'm hiring for The Investor’s Edge, where I lead a sales team that consistently hits six‑figure incomes while maintaining work‑life balance. We’ve been doing this for 20 years, are Inc. 5000‑listed twice, and have Top Workplace awards. Our system, products, and reputation are proven.
Our current Directors average $100K–$150K annually, and top performers exceed $129K. You’ll earn a $36K base (guaranteed) plus uncapped commissions. Leads are pre‑qualified with pre‑set appointments and live transfers during evenings and weekends when prospects are most engaged.
We schedule evenings and weekends on a rotating roster. You’ll know your exact days off three weeks in advance. Genuine downtime exists between calls, and you’ll work from home permanently.
ResponsibilitiesMaintain the evening & weekend schedule, closing pre‑qualified high‑ticket programs worth $3K or more via phone. Perform remotely with minimal supervision, ensuring availability within 5 minutes during shift for live transfers.
Keep the calendar open for around 50 hours per week of calls, with 25–35 hours of booked talk time per week. Each appointment is a 2‑hour block.
Qualifications- At least 2 years of proven B2C high‑ticket phone sales experience.
- A track record closing programs worth $3K or more.
- CRM proficiency.
- Employment stability (no more than 3 jobs in the past 5 years).
- Self‑discipline to perform remotely without constant supervision.
- Mon–Thu: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Fri: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Sat–Sun: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Directors rotate weekends, working two out of every three weekends. If you work Sat and Sun, you’ll have Mon and Tue off.
- You’ll keep a 5‑day schedule, never more than five days in a row, with two consecutive days off each week.
- You’ll open nights and weekends about 10 hours per day (≈50 hours per week) to cover pre‑scheduled appointments and live‑transfer calls.
