• Make 40+ outbound sales calls daily to guests interested in cruises
• Build and maintain relationships with guests to encourage referrals and repeat business
• Manage your database by reaching out to guests at appropriate times with relevant messages
  
  Utilize exceptional listening skills and discovery questions to close sales effectively
• Meet performance metrics and objectives consistently

• Strong sales skills and time management abilities
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication
• Ability to multitask and master new computer systems
• Prior experience with Excel and Outlook preferred
• Commitment to a 12-month period post‑training before applying for other positions within the company

• Previous experience in a sales role, particularly in the travel or cruise industry
• Familiarity with CRM software and database management
• Experience working in a remote environment
