Position: Nobel Biocare Digital Sales Manager (Remote-Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Achieve and exceed sales quotas within the assigned region
  • Assess and manage the sales funnel to ensure quota achievement
  • Partner with local sales teams to identify new and existing customer opportunities
  • Develop and implement a multi-quarter sales plan aligned with territory goals
  • Become a technical expert in the workflows associated with digital dentistry products
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience within a dental/medical company or 5 years of B2B outside sales experience
  • Valid state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to comprehend and communicate technical information effectively

  • Successful track record in B2B sales
  • Hunter mindset with an active approach to customer prospects
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
  • Team player who can work independently
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Dynamics CRM
