- Generate sales revenues by performing product demonstrations at selected customer sites. Evaluate customer requirements for this purpose; including installation location, mounting requirements, customer’s laboratory requirements, CAD/CAM data, workflow plans, design and rapid prototyping requirements.
- Develop a complete and expert knowledge of Shining 3D’s hardware and software products in order to demonstrate products to key individuals and organizations for marketing and sales purposes (trade shows, engineering associations, etc.)
- Identify additional sales opportunities outside of traditional channels.
- Communicates with customers, Dentists, Oral Surgeons, colleagues, dental technicians and managers in a prompt articulate manner via telephone communication.
- Ensures customer retention and satisfaction.
- Utilize all available resources including sales management, Inside Sales Specialists, Applications Engineers, marketing and others to advance and close sales.
- Work as part of the sales team to generate ideas for company sales opportunities, processes and systems.
- Act as point of contact and provide technical support to potential customers during the evaluation period
- Effectively communicate recommendations for hardware and software changes to Applications Engineers and R&D as requested by customers.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales performance goals as required.
- 2 or more years of experience in sales of dental laboratory capital equipment for design, molding, imprints, preferably experience in implant technology.
- Experience in one or more major CAD/CAM software for dental applications.
- Valid driver's license within the established territory.
- U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents as applicable.
- English speaking candidates to facilitate inter-company communication, local-official language spoken in assigned territory base, knowledge of additional languages, such as Spanish, Portuguese are a plus.
