Employer Industry: Software Sales Enablement

Responsibilities
  • Develop, manage, and close a pipeline of qualified leads to achieve and exceed individual sales quotas
  • Own the full sales cycle from outreach to negotiation and closing, consistently driving new Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)
  • Build insights into customer accounts to identify pain points and expansion opportunities
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams to ensure value realization and uncover additional revenue pathways
  • Maintain accurate account and forecast data within Salesforce and other tools
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of successful software sales experience, particularly in CRM, Sales Enablement, or Marketing Automation
  • Proven track record of generating pipeline and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in driving expansion conversations and growing underutilized customers
  • Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to negotiate effectively across Mid Market and Enterprise accounts
  • Proficient with Salesforce and modern sales tools such as Clari, Gong, or Linked In
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of the MEDDPICC framework as a sales qualification tool
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills to lead compelling discussions
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
