- Starting base salary is $45,000 with opportunity for growth.
- Average earnings range from $55,000 to $75,000 through base salary and generous commission.
- Top Performing agents in their second year and beyond can earn up to $85,000+.
Position available for candidates residing in the states of North Carolina, New Jersey, South Carolina, Indiana, Massachusetts, and West Virginia. Applicants must live in these states to be considered.

As an Inside Sales Agent, you handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult customers on insurance needs, and match covers to convert leads into policyholders.
- Paid training in a remote work environment that lasts 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.

- No cold calls – all incoming warm leads.

- Schedule:
4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid‑morning start (e.g., 11 am–8 pm CST). Minimum 12 months required before shift change. - All necessary computer equipment provided. You must maintain a professional workspace with a dedicated desk and wired high‑speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload). Satellite and mobile internet services are not supported.
- 2–3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service experience required.
- Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with prospects and customers.
- Analytical, decision‑making and organizational abilities.
- Typing proficiency and PC competency.
- Property & Casualty license required after hire.
