- Deliver product demonstrations and tailored solutions alongside Sales Engineers to position the employer as a market leader
- Build and manage a pipeline of multi-million-dollar SaaS opportunities, consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Minimum of 10 years of proven success in CRM, ERP, or SaaS sales with a track record of exceeding revenue targets
- Strong business acumen and understanding of financial drivers to align software solutions with strategic objectives
- Ability to lead high-level conversations with C-level decision-makers
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a commitment to follow-through in lengthy sales processes
- Strong relationship-building skills, fostering long-term partnerships based on trust and credibility
- A customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping service professionals succeed
- Proven ability to remain composed and effective under pressure
- Experience in managing multi-stakeholder deals and complex sales cycles
- Disciplined execution skills with a focus on accountability and ownership
