Inside Sales Representative – Remote (January 2026 Launch)

We’re inviting motivated, people-focused individuals to apply in advance for our Inside Sales Representative training opportunities beginning in January 2026.

• Base salary: $45,000 – $100,000 per year
• Typical total earnings: $55,000 – $75,000 (base + commission)
• Top performers: up to $85,000+ in year two and beyond

Position available for candidates residing in Washington, New Mexico, Nevada, or Utah.

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads to match customers with the right insurance products.
• Provide consultative counseling, match coverage to customer needs, and guide prospects toward enrollment.
• No cold calling – all leads are provided.

• Answer inbound calls and convert warm leads into policyholders.
• Explain product features, benefits, and coverage options in a clear, customer‑centric manner.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date customer records in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and certification activities.

• 2–3 years of sales experience (sales/service related). 2 years required.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
• Proficient typing and PC skills.
• Property & Casualty license required after hire (paid training includes licensing).

• Remote work from home; required a dedicated work area with wired high‑speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload).
• Work schedule:
  
  4 weekdays + 1 weekend day, mid‑morning start (e.g., 11 am–8 pm CST); schedule can be maintained for a minimum of 12 months.
• Training: 16 weeks for licensed hires, 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.
