What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Engage new and existing customers over the phone through cold calling and proactive prospecting
  • Position and sell a portfolio of solutions, including Safety Forms & Supplies, Compliance Publications, and SaaS Safety Management Tools
  • Develop a prospecting call strategy to uncover new business opportunities
  • Maintain a high volume of outbound calls, aiming for a one‑call close
  • Utilize MS Teams for video communication during meetings and internal interactions
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a phone‑based or B2B sales environment
  • High School Diploma required;
    Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products and strong aptitude for learning new systems
  • Strong communication skills, confident in presenting solutions
  • Must maintain a distraction‑free, private work environment
