Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic partner to large field service businesses, creating solution roadmaps aligned with the employer’s platform
  • Lead discussions with executive stakeholders to support sustainable growth and operational excellence
  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with a focus on measurable business outcomes
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers to deliver tailored product demonstrations and recommendations
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of multi-million-dollar SaaS opportunities, consistently meeting company goals
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 10 years of proven sales expertise in CRM, ERP, or SaaS sales
  • Strong business acumen with understanding of financial drivers and business models
  • Ability to lead conversations with C-level decision-makers and build long-term partnerships
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with disciplined execution across long sales cycles
  • Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to supporting service professionals
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the field service management industry
  • Familiarity with AI-powered analytics and integrated payment solutions
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in complex, enterprise-level environments
  • Strong technical fluency and thought leadership abilities
