What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Collaborate with account teams to develop and execute tailored service plans that maximize customer value and long‑term revenue.
  • Forecast sales activity and revenue using Salesforce, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Promote the employer’s services vision through presentations, events, and targeted initiatives.
  • Utilize AI‑driven insights and automation tools to enhance customer engagement and sales productivity.
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Willingness to travel 20–30%.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience selling service solutions to small and medium‑size businesses.
  • Experience in the Broadband Service Provider sector and professional services sales.
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree with IT exposure (or equivalent).
