Job Responsibilities
  • Engage proactively with assigned SMB Real Green customer accounts to understand their business needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders to ensure long-term partnerships
  • Conduct regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and account planning sessions to identify growth opportunities
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations that align with customer priorities
  • Manage the sales cycle, including discovery, negotiation, and closing of sales agreements
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or business development role, with a proven track record of meeting targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
  • Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and advance opportunities through the sales cycle
  • Highly organized and self‑motivated, with the ability to handle multiple deals simultaneously
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Salesloft
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in consultative selling and understanding client needs
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver value in customer interactions
  • Previous experience in field‑service management software solutions
