Position OverviewWe are hiring SDR Team Managers to run inbound and outbound teams. In this role you will manage and mentor a successful team of 2–10 SDRs/BDRs, maintain a multi‑million dollar pipeline, and develop outstanding sales professionals with high integrity, empathy, and a rigorous work ethic.
Responsibilities- Lead new inbound and outbound SDR/BDR teams in a global, fast‑moving tech environment.
- Develop and implement sales initiatives that drive outbound results and create a strong culture of learning.
- Use data to track team performance, identify improvement opportunities, and scale results.
- Mentor team members, helping them grow their skills and prepare for advanced sales and alliance positions.
- Maintain a robust, multi‑million dollar pipeline and meet quarterly revenue targets.
- Excellent academic results at school and university.
- Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Business or STEM.
- Track record of delivering exceptional outbound sales development results.
- Strong passion for business development, sales, and technology.
- Leadership experience of one form or another.
- Committed to continuous learning and improvement – curious, flexible, scientific.
- Creative problem‑solving skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
- Able to use data to drive team activities and continuous improvement.
- Distributed work environment with twice‑yearly in‑person sprints.
