What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Proactively identify, target, and engage high-value accounts to generate pipeline
  • Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to final signature, ensuring strategic alignment
  • Own a $3M annual net new business quota, with accountability for deal velocity and forecast accuracy
  • Represent the employer at industry events, panels, and client activations, sharing thought leadership
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term client success
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of closing six-figure deals
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, paid media, analytics, and AI
  • Experience selling services in a consultative or project-based agency environment
  • Proven ability to engage senior leaders and C-suite stakeholders in mid-market and enterprise organizations
  • Proficient in sales tools and platforms such as Linked In Sales Navigator, Hub Spot, and AI-powered enablement tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience sourcing and closing at least $3M in net-new annual revenue through strategic sales efforts
  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining relationships across complex organizational structures
  • Strong CRM discipline with a focus on maintaining accurate pipeline data and forecasts
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to engage subject matter experts to elevate sales pitches
