Join vialytics, an AI‑based solution for municipal road management. Founded in 2018 and recently raised $10 M in Series A, we are in an exciting growth phase and looking for great people to join us.

Travel required to visit prospects (~40% of time). Remote work is available.

We create intuitive, award‑winning AI solutions that simplify municipal road management. Our customers are mayors and municipalities across several European countries.

• Own and independently manage your sales region.
• Generate leads through cold calling, events, and networking.
• Build relationships with decision makers at all hierarchical levels.
• Collaborate with marketing to optimize channels.
• Help continuously improve and streamline the sales process as we enter new markets.

• 3–5 years of SaaS / technology sales experience.
• Comfortable working with members at all levels of an organization.
• Drive for results.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Enthusiasm for our solution and introducing it to new markets.
• Technology enthusiast with interest in digitalizing public administration.
• Driver’s license.
• Personal car required for on‑site visits.

OTE salary range: $160 k–$280 k (100–140 k base). Salary depends on location, experience, education, and other job‑related factors.
