- Mentor and develop team members through recruiting, onboarding, and training
- Engage with C-level executives during customer meetings and onsite visits
- Conduct weekly forecast meetings and report on sales progress to Senior Sales Management
- Drive customer awareness and engagement initiatives while monitoring sales activity and results
- 10+ years of software sales experience, including 3-5+ years in Enterprise sales management
- Proven track record of driving revenue expansion against quota in the software industry
- Experience managing a team of Strategic/Enterprise Account Executives in a B2B software sales environment
- Excellent presentation and listening skills
- Ability to attract, hire, and train new Account Executives
- Experience in Customer Experience (CX) is a significant advantage
- Strong understanding of deal reviews through MEDDPICC methodology
