What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead and manage a high-performing field sales team focused on Enterprise-level accounts
  • Mentor and develop team members through recruiting, onboarding, and training
  • Engage with C-level executives during customer meetings and onsite visits
  • Conduct weekly forecast meetings and report on sales progress to Senior Sales Management
  • Drive customer awareness and engagement initiatives while monitoring sales activity and results
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 10+ years of software sales experience, including 3-5+ years in Enterprise sales management
  • Proven track record of driving revenue expansion against quota in the software industry
  • Experience managing a team of Strategic/Enterprise Account Executives in a B2B software sales environment
  • Excellent presentation and listening skills
  • Ability to attract, hire, and train new Account Executives
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in Customer Experience (CX) is a significant advantage
  • Strong understanding of deal reviews through MEDDPICC methodology
