Easy Treezy LLC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support national growth of our premium holiday décor sales. Unlike rental companies, Easy Treezy sells décor directly to clients across the United States. The SDR will play a crucial role in driving new business by identifying and qualifying opportunities nationwide. This role involves researching potential B2B leads, initiating contact through email, calls, and social outreach, and setting up qualified meetings for Account Executives.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Outreach: Conduct targeted cold outreach via email, phone calls, and social platforms to engage potential clients across the U.S. and introduce Easy Treezy’s décor solutions.
Lead
Qualification:
Assess and qualify leads against company-defined criteria to ensure alignment with ideal customer profiles.
Appointment Setting: Secure qualified meetings between prospects and Account Executives where financial proposals of $10,000+ are presented.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate lead and activity data in the CRM; document all interactions, next steps, and outcomes.
Lead Generation: Research and identify new B2B prospects in industries such as retail, hospitality, healthcare, municipalities, and corporate real estate.
Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to position Easy Treezy effectively.
Collaboration: Partner closely with Account Executives and the Sales Manager to refine outreach strategies and maximize conversion rates.
RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
Experience: 3+ years in B2B sales or lead generation. Experience in holiday décor, seasonal products, or national distribution is a plus.
Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, CRM proficiency, strong organizational skills, and comfort with high-volume outreach.
Traits: Self-motivated, results-driven, able to work independently, and adaptable to working with a global remote team.
