Unique Vacations, Inc. is the worldwide representative of Sandals Resorts and Beaches Resorts, delivering exclusive marketing, public relations, advertising, promotions, and creative services that showcase the Luxury Included experience to guests worldwide.

We are looking for a forward‑thinking individual to expand client bookings for Sandals and Beaches Resorts by servicing, educating, and building proactive, professional relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and tourist boards within an assigned territory.

• Impact client bookings by educating and building relationships in the travel industry.
• Grow new business by helping travel agencies develop marketing plans and reach booking goals through the Certified & Preferred Sandals Agency Programs.
• Maintain a professional attitude, strong communication, time‑management skills, teamwork, and availability for evenings and weekends; extensive travel is required.
• Operate computer tools (email, laptop, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and present to travel agencies.
• Deliver excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication with internal and external customers.
• Prioritize workload and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and within a team setting.
• Travel internationally and domestically, maintaining current documentation.
• Communicate effectively with management and cross‑functional teams.
• Allow personal images to be captured for Sales & Marketing purposes.

• Grow business under pressure.
• Travel extensively, including weekends and overnight stays.
• Self‑motivate and work independently from a home office.
• Maintain flexibility while managing multiple tasks.
• Professional conduct in social settings.
• Articulate information via written, oral, and presentation channels.
• High proficiency in email, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Word, and social media.
• Manage administrative tasks while traveling.
• Build and maintain relationships with accounts, peers, and clients.
• Lift up to 50 lb and set up booth displays.
• Maintain acceptable driving record and valid passport.

Base salary of $59,000 with incentive opportunities.
