What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Drive revenue growth by acquiring new Public Sector customers and penetrating top-tier accounts
  • Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities to optimize account revenue
  • Manage and nurture key customer relationships for maximum satisfaction and retention
  • Leverage data insights to enhance prospecting and retention strategies
  • Lead complex sales cycles and negotiate deals using a consultative approach
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of Public Sector sales or solution engineering experience in the SaaS industry
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in at least 2 of the last 3 years
  • Expertise in navigating complex sales cycles with proof of concept stages
  • Outstanding presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience managing customer relationships across various revenue scales
  • History of sales success with VP and C-level executives in Public Sector accounts
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and Clari
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and a collaborative mindset
  • Ability to travel to customer locations as needed
