REGIONAL SALES DIRECTOR - FLIK, TX (REMOTE)

Join Flik Hospitality Group as a Regional Sales Director. This role is remote and focuses on driving sales across TX, CO, OK, NM, and UT.

Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 + commissions (uncapped).

Job Summary

Reporting to the Regional Vice President of Sales, the Regional Sales Director directs sales activities in Texas, Colorado, Oklahoma, New Mexico, and Utah. This advanced individual‑contributor role requires a strategic “hunter” mentality and the ability to thrive in a high‑energy environment.

Responsibilities
  • Drive new business revenue aggressively while ensuring strong profitability.
  • Develop winning sales proposals and respond to complex RFPs.
  • Build excellent rapport and relationships over long‑term selling cycles.
  • Identify necessary support resources to successfully close new business.
  • Multi‑task, establish priorities, and manage time efficiently.
  • Consistently exceed sales quotas.
  • Maintain high energy, positive attitude, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Communicate effectively across the organization horizontally and vertically; partner with operating colleagues.
  • Strong commitment to the Compass Sales Process.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in new business development; food services experience preferred.
  • A track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and targets.
  • Proficiency with CRM database management systems.
  • Ability to represent the organization at industry and non‑industry events.
  • Excellent communication skills and logical thinking.
  • High energy level, strong executive presence, and ambition to advance within the organization.
  • Experience selling at a VP level.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory and occasionally outside.
  • Team player who contributes to the success of a top‑caliber sales organization.
  • BA or equivalent experience.
  • Candidate must reside in a major Texas marketplace near a major airport.
