- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize sales opportunities within the assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to understand their needs and drive incremental revenue
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations as a trusted advisor
- Effectively manage territory activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and sales forecasting
- Stay informed about industry trends and customer needs to identify opportunities and inform sales strategies
- Minimum of two (2) years of proven successful sales experience in telephone sales, personal selling, and customer service
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and closing strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and telephone skills
- Proficiency with MS Office software and CRM technology such as Sales Force
- Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships in the educational sector
- Familiarity with market dynamics and competitive landscape within educational services
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience utilizing telecommuting software such as Zoom, Web Ex, or Microsoft Teams
- Proven track record of success in sales focused on revenue growth
