What You’ll DoReach out to members who have requested information and schedule convenient appointments.
Conduct brief phone or Zoom conversations to confirm interest and provide next steps.
Help connect families with licensed professionals who can review their benefit options.
Maintain accurate records, notes, and scheduling details in the digital system.
Follow up with members to ensure appointments are completed and satisfaction is maintained.
Take part in training, mentorship, and development programs to strengthen communication and organizational skills.
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented atmosphere where collaboration and consistency are valued.
Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional phone presence.
Comfort with basic technology including Zoom, Google Workspace, or CRM tools.
Excellent organization, time management, and reliability in meeting goals and deadlines.
Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work independently from home.
A positive, coachable attitude and eagerness to learn and grow.
Must be able to pass a routine background check.
