Sales Engineer
What You'll Do
As a Sales Engineer at Olympus Controls, you will handle a geographic territory providing solutions to our customers. You will establish and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers to grow sales in your territory.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Travel to customer sites within your territory to evaluate application details and work with suppliers to provide solutions
- Onsite and in‑office customer application consulting
- Manage the pre‑sale and post‑sale technical support needs of the customer
- Develop skills in cold calling, lead follow‑up, on‑site product marketing, training, and involving suppliers when necessary
- Create quotes in accordance with Olympus standards
- Out‑of‑region travel for training – up to 10 weeks in the first year and up to 1 week per year thereafter
- Base salary + bonus eligibility

- Mechanical, Electrical, Software, and/or Mechatronics Engineering degree or equivalent technical experience
- Limited knowledge of Olympus products or functionally equivalent competitor products
- Candidate must have a remote office in OK or AR
