• Develop and execute event/activity plans to promote online academic programs in education, healthcare, and business
• Provide exceptional counseling to prospective students, families, and partners through various communication channels
• Guide prospective students through the admissions process while working independently to achieve ambitious targets
• Build and nurture partnerships to enhance student success and institutional growth
• Utilize critical thinking skills to adapt strategies and maximize value in outreach efforts

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in outside business development, consultative sales, or account management
• Outstanding time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with well‑developed listening abilities
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a flexible schedule for travel within the territory

• Relevant industry‑related professional experience
• Experience working with CRM tools
