Job DescriptionAs an Enterprise Account Executive at Decision Logic, you’ll be at the forefront of building our next chapter of growth. You’ll own the full sales cycle and your pipeline, from prospecting to close, and bring in strategic deals that make an impact.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, adapts quickly, and isn’t afraid to test new approaches. The best sellers here are resourceful, self-sufficient, and relentless in finding ways to win. Key Responsibilities- Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to cold call & close.
- Build and manage your pipeline proactively through daily outbound sales activities (cold calling, sequencing, emails, etc.).
- Drive complex, consultative sales with C‑level stakeholders, positioning Decision Logic as a mission‑critical solution.
- Develop account strategies that align with customer goals and deliver measurable business impacts.
- Lead negotiations and deal structuring to secure high‑value, multi‑year agreements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Implementation teams to deliver tailored demos and business cases.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets through net‑new logo acquisition and strategic account expansion.
- Serve as a trusted advisor
, leveraging industry knowledge to help prospects solve operational challenges. - Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in CRM, ensuring visibility and accountability.
- Contribute to sales strategy
, sharing insights and best practices with peers and leadership.
- 5+ years of success in B2B SaaS sales
, bonus points for restaurant or hospitality tech. - Consistent track record of achieving quota and ability to close enterprise deals.
- Consultative selling expertise with the ability to uncover pain points and articulate ROI that resonates and closes.
- Proven ability to navigate complex buying processes and influence multiple executive stakeholders.
- Quick learner with strong business acumen
; restaurant or hospitality tech experience is a plus, not a requirement. - Exceptional communication and presentation skills
, with the ability to build trust and inspire confidence. - Fluent in CRM and sales enablement tools (Hub Spot, Salesforce, etc.).
