💰 Salary: R15,800 base/month + performance commission (realistic OTE R20,000–R25,000/month)

🕒 Core hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00–19:00 (UK time)

What You’ll Do

📞 Call warm leads every day — no cold calls, just real patient interest.

💬 Run discovery calls to understand patient needs, goals, and concerns, then guide them towards the right treatment.

📝 Share clear, honest information about treatment options and pricing, securing deposits to confirm bookings

📅 Confirm bookings directly in clinic calendars

📊 Deliver concise patient notes so clinic teams are fully prepared for each consultation

Must Have:

• 2+ years sales experience
• Telemarketing or outbound sales background
• Confident phone manner and target-driven mindset
• Fluent English and data-driven approach
• Tech-savvy with fast, reliable internet and quiet home setup
• Redundancy solutions for power outages and internet outages

Bonus & Technical

• UK company experience
• Dental/clinical industry knowledge
• Understanding of dental treatments such as Implants, Invisalign, and Composite Bonding
• Ability to ask the right questions to determine if the lead is a good fit (training provided if needed)

Success in the Role

✅ 6 months → Consistently exceeding goals, providing insights on lead quality
