To meet the quota or assigned targets and give the best experience to customers while nurturing them to be enterprise class base for UiPath.

• Mine existing relationships as well as comprehensive sales and product plans to further grow UiPath’s key relationships.
• Understand customer’s business to be able to explore automation opportunities.
• Understand product and competitive products to be able to demonstrate our value proposition effectively to clients.
• Develop and execute account strategy and roadmaps for a long‑term relationship.
• Develop and maintain relationships with decision makers in the market.
• Interface with Technical sales support team and Customer success team to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve quarterly quotas.

• 15+ years of enterprise sales experience in the software or software solutions industry, with a proven track record of selling to enterprise customers in Manufacturing, Retail, and Distribution accounts in North India.
• Previous experience of selling to enterprise customers.
• Experience in account planning, territory planning, multi‑product selling strategy, etc.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Good collaborative, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Experience in application selling background like ERP/CRM will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast‑moving team.
