Position: Sales Executive - Western Region (End of Line Packaging)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute regional sales plans for product lines
  • Build and maintain meaningful customer relationships to increase sales potential
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and provide detailed proposals to customers
  • Act as a liaison for post‑sale support, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing grievances
  • Stay informed about market trends and product updates to enhance competitive edge
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum of three years of relevant experience, or a two‑year post‑high school diploma/certificate and a minimum of seven years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience in capital equipment manufacturing within the packaging industry
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Broad knowledge of automation applications and technologies, with the ability to read blueprints
  • Willingness to travel extensively (80%)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in end‑of‑line packaging equipment sales
  • Proven ability to sell to Fortune 500 companies
