Position: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Proactively research and identify high-potential companies for outbound outreach
  • Manage the sales pipeline from initial outreach to closing deals
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase offerings
  • Identify upsell opportunities within the existing customer base
  • Maintain accurate data within the CRM and ensure timely reporting on sales activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the alarm industry or B2B software sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong prospecting skills with the ability to engage decision-makers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales KPIs
