• Promote AAA Life Insurance products in a high-volume, fast-paced call-center environment.
• Recognize and promote cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to meet specific sales production expectations.
• Complete applications and forms accurately and follow internal processing procedures to ensure transactions comply with company policies.
• Provide advanced product information to customers’ inquiries to achieve established quality and sales goals.
• Achieve established sales goals and other performance expectations as defined by management.
• Complete all required training on AAA Life products and services.
• Perform other job duties as assigned or required.

• High School diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of sales and/or customer service experience; at least one year in the insurance or financial services industry preferred.
• Current license to sell life insurance.
• Proven track record of delivering high-level customer-focused services.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and related web products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Willingness to work extended and irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.
