Job SummaryNational Pipe & Plastics is seeking a results‑oriented Territory Sales Manager to drive sales in the water and sewer PVC markets. This home‑based position reports to the Regional Sales Manager and focuses on servicing and growing sales with new and existing PVC pipe customers. You will partner with engineers, architects, and the NPP Business Development team to increase demand and specifications for our engineered PVC products.
Job LocationFully remote, supporting Colfax, NC and Endicott, NY manufacturing facilities.
Job Responsibilities- Partner with PVC pipe manufacturers and the NPP Sales & Business Development team to increase demand and specifications for our engineered PVC products.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal associates.
- High‑performance sales experience in the construction industry.
- Consultative selling skills and ability to deliver solutions that leverage the broader capabilities of CRH.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coach and educate customers, dealers, or inside sales teams on products.
- Innovative, cross‑functional thinking to develop organizational growth concepts and ideas.
- Business or Engineering degree preferred.
- Experience with CRM and Business Intelligence software such as Salesforce and Tableau.
- Willingness to travel 50‑75% across a multi‑state region.
- Base salary $100,000‑$120,000 per year.
