Job DescriptionWe provide “done‑for‑you” sales services for high‑ticket educational and consulting programs. Clients outsource their entire sales department to us; we sell their packages through inbound, scheduled calls and a proprietary selling framework. The role is a closer position—there is no outbound prospecting, but top performers are encouraged to create additional opportunities between calls. - Continuously increase product knowledge by consuming content in the sales training center.
- Participate in daily sales syncs via Zoom to discuss initiatives, review call game tape, and strategize pipeline moves.
- Use the WFS proprietary selling framework to guide leads through the sales process (training provided).
- Engage in deep, question‑led discovery dialogue to uncover challenges, pain points, and opportunities that create urgency for WFS products.
- Build and maintain relationships with leads using a consultative sales approach.
- Utilize WFS sales materials and tools to deliver persuasive Zoom presentations that highlight core benefits and value.
- Achieve or exceed sales quotas and targets, consistently meeting or surpassing performance expectations.
- Adhere to CRM best practices for tracking and managing sales activities, including lead follow‑up and accurate forecasting.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure a seamless sales process.
- Display WFS core values at all times to contribute to a high‑performance culture.
- 2+ years of experience in high‑ticket or consultative sales, with a proven track record of closing deals and driving revenue.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Self‑starter with a strong drive for success.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent people skills and ability to build rapport.
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems.
- You were born to be a top producer / top earner.
- You have extensive experience in phone/Zoom sales.
- You’re hungry with tenacity and not a lazy closer.
- You bring energy and enthusiasm to every room you’re in.
- You’re strategic and thoroughly enjoy the sales process.
