Regional Sales Consultant

As a Regional Sales Consultant (RSC) you will engage health‑care professionals (HCPs) in telephone conversations to promote assigned client product(s), maximize selling potential, and meet program and client objectives. Your role involves building and maintaining relationships with HCPs and educating them on product features, benefits, safety profile and approved indications to ensure appropriate patient use.

Essential Services
  • Manage daily call responsibilities and achieve KPIs.
  • Promote client product(s) via outbound telephone calls to engaged HCP targets, attaining individual, territory and company sales goals.
  • Respond to inbound HCP calls regarding product(s) as required by the program.
  • Profile and manage the targeted HCP list, providing value‑added benefits to grow product volume.
  • Maintain call productivity and program metrics.
  • Qualify or disqualify HCPs through prospecting and outbound calls.
  • Record required data entry in a CRM system, including target responses and follow‑through actions.
  • Communicate persuasively with customers using effective selling, listening and negotiation skills and approved messaging.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of client product(s) and program.
  • Listen and respond appropriately to customer needs and questions.
  • Create and maintain a positive impression with clients and their customers.
  • Comply with all laws, regulations, Amplity Health Policies, Code of Conduct, privacy and data guidelines, and relevant state and federal regulations.
  • Participate in teleconferences, live meetings, and training sessions; represent clients at national or local conventions when required.
Key Working Relationships
  • Report to the Amplity Sales Manager.
  • Collaborate closely with other RSCs, Amplity client services, and home office support teams.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with customers and client contacts.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 1+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
  • Immunology experience (preferred).
  • Clinical understanding of immunology (preferred).
Knowledge,

Skills and Abilities
  • Experience supporting or working in an immunology office.
  • Ability to understand and explain complex scientific information via telephone.
  • Adaptability to a rapidly changing marketing environment.
  • Advocacy skills for customer needs.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication; solid presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Salesforce.
  • Clear, articulate and grammatically sound speech and professional phone manner.
  • Strong focus on customer support and service.
  • Organizational and planning skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Successful completion of client training and meeting training expectations.
