Overview
The Assurance Group is looking to hire and train new agents with the right skill set for our National Marketing Organization.
Although experienced insurance agents are welcome to apply, no experience is necessary. We prefer to work with people coming from other industries such as bartenders, servers, teachers, healthcare workers, and former military. We've found success training individuals from these backgrounds to represent our products, including life, health, and fixed index annuities.

We visit clients IN PERSON. This is not a work-from-home job; dependable transportation is required.

- While all leads and training are provided at no cost, this is a 100% commission 1099 role with a pathway to W2. There is no base salary. We meet clients in person, so this is not a work-from-home role.
A Typical Day

Requirements
