Senior Field Sales Manager – Remote
Work with Healthcare Providers, Payers, Consultants, Insurance Companies, Corporations and State/Local Government Agencies to sell and maintain Wolters Kluwer Healthcare Regulatory & Coding Solutions.
LocationThis position can be based anywhere in the U.S. and will work from a remote office.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Consultative/Challenger selling – Apply consultative-selling techniques to identify and advance opportunities that result in profitable revenue growth. Prepare for client calls and support team efforts during client meetings.
- Account Planning – Plan sales strategy with Manager, align tactical account plans with corporate strategy, develop business plans to meet sales goals and quotas.
- Pipeline Management – Build, monitor and orchestrate sales pipelines to ensure continuous population of near- and long-term opportunities, managing pipeline quality to meet targets.
- Strategic Sales Planning & Implementation – Work within strategic sales plans that reflect company’s business strategy to advance market share, penetration and achieve profitable growth.
- Competitive Positioning/Strategy – Use competitive intelligence in account planning and sales activities to develop counter strategies that neutralize competitive influence on buying decisions.
- Change Management – Ability to work through rapid change and effectively execute on sales and retention goals.
- Key Decision Influencer/Key Decision Maker Partnering – Contribute to enduring executive relationships, interact with executives and establish credibility with key stakeholders.
- Industry and Client Knowledge – Stay current with industry and competitive research to enable rich client dialogue, maintain understanding of client business challenges and demonstrate breadth and depth of knowledge.
- Other duties as assigned by Manager.
Education: Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 5 years B2B sales experience. Healthcare or compliance-driven industry experience preferred.

- Build stronger internal relationships to ensure seamless selling of total company solutions and establish clear expectations for resource alignment and support.
Limited travel required a few times a year for conferences and meetings.
CompensationTarget salary range for CA, CT, CO, DC, HI, IL, MD, MN, NY, RI, WA: $76,350 – $105,700. The role is eligible for commission in addition to salary.
