Account Executive, Outside Sales – Jackson, MS

• Develop and maintain relationships with small to medium sized business owners
• Work closely with Xplor Pay colleagues in Customer Service, Underwriting, IT, Sales Support, and other departments to onboard new business
• Manage your pipeline and day-to-day tasks/appointments using Salesforce
• Prepare presentations and proposals using Xplor Pay’s electronic applications
• Close sales of our payment processing and SaaS services to meet expected minimum requirements

Compensation includes health benefits, a 401(k) match, and a commission-only residual model with a portfolio ownership component.

• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred)
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Self-sourcing leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality

• Remote eligible with work rights in the US; must be able to be in the field of your team region
