RoleThe Client Engagement Executive will be responsible for seeking new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with Leads and converting those Leads into Clients. This role involves travel as well as lead/client-facing interactions and meetings over time. Although this is an individual contributor position, you will be part of a group of other executives, allowing you to experience teamwork and collaboration.
Prior commercial leadership experience is a plus due to ongoing opportunities for leadership roles for top performers.
- Respond quickly and efficiently to a high volume of inbound leads.
- Proactively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, emails, networking and social media.
- Effectively present our company to potential clients through remote and in-person meetings.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Negotiate and close deals with new and existing clients.
- Mandatory:
- Minimum of 5 years B2B Field sales experience targeting US clientele.
- Proven results of closing deals and developing long term relationships with clients.
- Experience hunting new clients, cold calling and closing deals.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Must be located in San Francisco or New York.
- Experience selling staff augmentation services (on-site or off-shore).
- Knowledge of SDLC terminology, processes and roles.
- Experience in similar positions in companies that offer software development outsourcing.
- Experience working in a remote environment.
- Experience with LATAM software outsourcing.
- Work-from-home hardware setup.
