Key Account Executive – SaaS – Arrow Electronics

Job DescriptionAt Arrow Electronics, we’re transforming the global electronics supply chain through software solutions that bring clarity and insight to our clients. The Key Account Executive – SaaS is responsible for managing and growing relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met while driving revenue growth.
What You Will Be Doing- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our largest and most strategic accounts, including senior level stakeholders.
- Identify, qualify, and close strategic sales opportunities across your assigned accounts to drive global expansion and grow net revenue retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, partnerships, and product development, to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with partners to help uncover, position, and sell complex solutions that solve end‑to‑end workflows.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Understand and represent the voice of the customer to help shape product roadmap and new strategic offerings.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients and senior stakeholders both remotely and on‑site.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall business objectives of Arrow Electronics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5–8 years of SaaS sales experience; experience managing/selling into large/strategic customers is a must.
- Experience/understanding of electrical components as they relate to medical devices/healthcare, automotive/transportation, industrial manufacturing, semiconductors, or contract manufacturing.
- Experience selling data/AI solutions is a major plus.
- Experience closing six‑ and/or seven‑figure deal sizes (annualized) is a must.
- Experience with MEDDIC or other sales methodology for selling into large, complex accounts.
- Proven experience selling complex solutions that include cross‑functional alignment and VP‑level or above signatory approval.
- Strong negotiation, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Naturally curious, emotionally intelligent, and willing to learn.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, Hub Spot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as required; this position is a 60/40 split.
