Are you a motivated sales professional with a passion for helping businesses grow through innovative marketing? Sound Publishing Inc. is looking for an experienced, results-driven Multimedia Sales Consultant to join our team in Federal Way, WA.

This is your opportunity to work with an award-winning and respected media company that offers a full suite of print and digital advertising solutions including SEO, PPC, social media, video, display, and more. You’ll play a key role in connecting local businesses with their ideal audiences.

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Federal Way area
• Consistently cold call via phone, email, and in-person to secure meetings with decision-makers
• Understand client goals and develop tailored print and digital campaigns that deliver measurable results
• Build and maintain strong relationships through excellent service and strategic guidance
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality campaign execution
• Stay current on industry trends and continue professional development through ongoing training
• Use data insights to monitor, optimize, and report campaign performance

• 5+ years of experience in outside sales, media sales, or digital marketing
• Proven ability to generate leads and close sales
• Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and platforms
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools and platforms
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills
• Positive, collaborative attitude and commitment to excellence
• Valid WA driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and proof of insurance

• Base salary starting at $40,000 + uncapped commission
