This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting‑edge rapid diagnostic and molecular testing solutions that support critical healthcare initiatives.

About the Role

As an Account Manager
, you will develop relationships with key stakeholders, drive sales, and expand market share within the assigned territory. You will engage with healthcare professionals, distributors, and industry influencers to promote high-quality diagnostic solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Identify and prospect new customers while nurturing existing relationships.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and business reviews for key customers.
  • Collaborate with distribution partners to increase product adoption and market penetration
    .
  • Provide technical and sales support to ensure customer success.
  • Maintain up-to-date customer records and sales pipeline management within CRM tools.
  • Monitor and report on competitive intelligence and market trends
    .
  • Attend industry conferences and trade shows to represent the company.
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of sales experience within diagnostics, life sciences, or healthcare industries.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers
    .
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to conduct training sessions.
  • Experience working with distributors and channel partners
    .
  • Self‑motivated and able to manage a territory independently
    .
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% within the Northeast region.
  • A bachelor’s degree is required
    , preferably in business, life sciences, or a related field.
