We’re growing in Southern California and looking for someone who knows the fire service — someone ready for a new chapter but who still wants to stay connected to the community.

Instead of late-night calls, you’ll visit stations, run fittings, and help departments get the PPE they rely on — all while earning strong pay and having control over your schedule.
What You’ll Do- Visit stations across San Diego, Riverside, San Bernardino, and South Orange County
- Conduct demos and gear fittings for crews and chiefs
- Build and grow long-term customer relationships
- Work with inside sales to prepare quotes and follow through on orders
- Attend vendor days, regional expos, and fire-service events
- Keep CRM notes updated (we’ll train you)
- Hybrid/Remote
: work from home or the Line Gear office when not in the field - 2–3 days/week traveling your territory
- Occasional overnight travel for major events
- Fire-service experience is strongly preferred (municipal, wildland, seasonal, logistics, etc.)
- Or 2+ years outside sales experience in PPE, industrial gear, or public safety
- Clear communicator, organized, and self-directed
- Comfortable building trust with departments and crews
- Valid CA driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- $70,000 base salary (exempt)
- 3–5% commission on gross profit, paid monthly
- OTE: $90,000–$120,000+
- Mileage reimbursement
